Matthias Dilitz passed the state examination for tax advisors in 2020 and has since been registered in the professional register of tax advisors of the province of Bolzano. After successfully completing his studies in international economics at the University of Innsbruck and the Copenhagen Business School, he gained important experience in the areas of tax, controlling and corporate finance and was able to contribute and deepen his knowledge in the consulting and corporate environment. He is also a member of the board of directors of a local bank. In consulting, he attaches great importance to passing on his knowledge and expertise in a proactive and practical manner in order to develop optimal and client-oriented solutions.
Yasmine Brunoni has a Master's degree in Management and Business Consulting from the University of Trento and is responsible for accounting and tax compliance at tax.mind. As a career changer with many years of experience in management consulting, she provides valuable input, particularly in the areas of business organization, corporate management and corporate strategy.
Natalie Portogallo recently completed her Master's degree in Management at the University of Trento. Her next goal is to pass the state examination. At tax.mind, her focus is on the preparation of tax returns and financial statements, bookkeeping, assistance with anti-money laundering compliance and the timely payment of INPS contributions and taxes. With her commitment and structured way of working, she makes a significant contribution to ensuring that our clients always have an overview of their tax and legal obligations.

Noemi is a certified accountant and has worked for one of the largest tax offices in South Tyrol. She later switched to corporate accounting to broaden her perspective and gain new insights. Today, she is back doing what she loves most: precise work in accounting and compliance. With her experience, expertise and hands-on approach, Noemi brings calmness, accuracy and professional insight to every project.
Verena brings a wealth of different experiences to her role: after training as an office clerk, she gained experience in tax consulting and different companies. Following a longer family break, she returned to the workplace, joining the front office team of a large tax firm.
Today, Verena is part of the tax.mind team and, above all, our very own “Miss Paperwork”.
